Would like to make the sticky note section more noticeable with either a colorful outline, additional fonts, or colors. Worried that the client won't read it if it's just simple text with grey outline.

Can you add custom announcement that are client specific or everyone gets the same message?

Also, is there a way to make a hyperlink open a new tab instead of taking them completely out of their portal when they click an item?

This feature is now called Client Portal announcement. The title has been updated to reflect that change.
