It would be great to be able to insert a hyperlink (or edit hyperlink?/ insert text for a hyperlink, such as "Schedule time here", where "here" is a link to my online scheduling) in a sticky note so that I can have a sort link to my online scheduling software.

Ben Stein Love the improvement but would like it even more if the hyperlinks opened in a new tab so client can still remain in the portal.

While currently (March 2024) full URLs do show up as clickable links, I also would like the Announcement box to be Rich Text like the emails or Resources tab. (This incorporates original request.)

This feature is now called Client Portal announcement. The title has been updated to reflect that change.
