Tiffany Vessey: yes! you can now use an authenticator app for 2FA for your Keeper account. You can enable this by going to your User Settings (the circle in the top right corner of your Keeper screen).

Can we do hardware tokens like Yubikey while we are at it?

Yes, this should be standard. It would also be nice for clients as they could choose what method to use themselves and thus I would not have to have every client's personal cell phone number in order to turn on 2fa for them.
