Move closing tasks to non-closing task sections and vice versa

It would be helpful to be able to drag a task from let's say non-closing to pre-closing instead of having to re-type the task again.

Ben Stein: this does not appear to exist (you can't move a non-closing to pre-closing from what I see --- all I see is the ability to move between pre-closing / add'l / wrapup ???

cheryl@simcoeofficesolutions.com: ah looks like I misread the description. You can currently only move closing tasks between sections, not non-closing tasks to closing tasks. I'll update this status back to "In Progress"
