Remove the client portal tabs and instead use sections that are all on the same page. Also don't hide the answered questions in case clients need to add more attachments or add additional responses.

Option to remove the Files tab and the Non-Transaction Questions tab from the client portal. Also remove the drag & drop a file option on the client portal dashboard. Ben Stein

We're planning to address this in multiple parts, retaining the tabs while also adding a dashboard for a consolidated view (so if you have hundreds of transaction questions those don't clog up a single page).
