We are migrating to Keeper reports from Syft. We would love a written executive summary. Example: Revenue Revenue for the month of January 2025 was $44,291, an increase of 49.2% from December 2024's revenue of $29,685. January 2025's revenue of $44,291 was greater than the average monthly revenue for the financial year of $44,291 per month. Current financial year to date revenue at the end of January 2025 is $44,291, an increase of 100.0% from the prior financial year to date revenue at the end of January 31 2024 of $0. Expenses Expenses for the month of January 2025 was $20,303, an increase of 8.8% from December 2024's expenses of $18,657. January 2025's expenses of $20,303 was greater than the average monthly expenses for the financial year of $20,303 per month. Current financial year to date expenses at the end of January 2025 is $20,303, an increase of 100.0% from the prior financial year to date expenses at the end of January 31 2024 of $0.

My clients are hooked on getting reports emailed to them (because the reports i need to send aren't created in Keeper). I'd like to upload the documents they need to keeper, and then send them a link that will not only take them to the portal, but to the exact file in "files" that they want to see. This will train them to check the portal for everything

I would love a report that would show Journal Entries that are missing an attachment (like the Bills without Attachments) but only for JE's which I can't seem to make work, nor re-name. Thank you!

I would love to see a transaction report that shows any deposit transactions coded to expense accounts and any expense accounts coded to income accounts. The idea being to capture transactions that might not be caught by the expense inconsistency report because they're deposits or because they're consistently coded that way but coded incorrectly.

Have an Ai that reads transaction information and learns from historical data, to match future transactions. let the ai Automatically match categorize, vendor info, etc. a metric next to it showing the confidence of the Ai suggestion. The bookkeeper would get an approve button to confirm the suggestion.

My Client doesn't have Classes in her Quickbooks subscription so she wants to use the Custom Field in place of Classes.

It would be awesome to have on the Client list a column that shows the last closed date in QBO for the client. Then, we can double check that the file is properly closed without having to go into each client file in QBO to confirm the close date.

I would love to see the bank feed text (that downloaded from the bank) as it's own column when reviewing transactions in Keeper - to be able to catch if someone miscoded a transaction to the wrong payee. When the bank feed text is deleted from the memo, there is no good way to catch this without going into the transaction and clicking on the hyperlinked matched transaction, and that's just not feasible to do with the volume of transactions. Would be awesome if I could just scan it in Keeper quick to make sure nothing is wonky / incorrect.

One report to show all unreconciled transactions in a client's file.

I love using the reports in the final review. I would really like to provide insight to my clients on accounts that are way off of budget and a Budget vs Actual report would make that much easier.
