Currently we can create task templates for recurring work that can be applied to various clients, but these tasks can only be applied to a client once and set to recur on a specific schedule. I would love to be able to set up and use task templates that only happen occasionally/randomly and when they are applied to a client they add a new task instead of overwriting old tasks from the same template. This would be helpful for things like managing random/ad-hoc, short-term projects like tax account registrations, employee onboarding/offboarding, off-cycle payrolls, etc. Bonus points if we could also control which task/work templates are accessible to non-admins. It would be great if my team members could create a new task from a limited set of templates when these random ad-hoc work requests pop up without them having access to the entire template library (and potentially accidentally applying the wrong one / messing up established recurring work settings) or having to ask me to do it for them.
