As we get larger organizations on Keeper, being able to see when closed books were modified will be very important. I suggest the following to give us clarity into the close: Controls - Financial Totals cross check - alerts BK team if Net Income or Balance Sheet Total Assets/Total Liabilities/Total Equity changes after books are closed - Batch Totals - If number of transactions changes After books are closed Transaction Lists - List of transactions processed after books are closed and financials are sent. QuickBooks has awefule controls to make sure that information isn’t changed after books are closed, so if Keeper can help us identify those, it would be a huge help!
