Move tasks from Close Template to Project Template

Created super detailed checklists but accidentally added them as Non Closing Tasks in a Close Template, when they should actually be in Project Template(s). No easy way to transfer them right now -- AND it's not advisable to have two windows of Keeper open on templates simultaneously.

In addition, the ability to move a task that was created in one non-closing section to a different section. example: move a non-closing task from one section like 'payroll' to another like 'monthly reports'
