Sometimes, repeating tasks will have something that is only applicable intermittently. For example, if I run weekly payroll but there are some weeks that require extra steps while others do not and it is not on a set schedule as to which weeks will require the extra steps - I want the checklist to be there for weeks that it's necessary, but I don't want to mark it as "done" when it's not necessary, I want to "skip" it or be able to cross it out for that week that it doesn't apply.

It would be incredibly helpful if the comment review process could function more like an email inbox or Asana-style task feed. Right now, it’s really frustrating to have to sift through all the comments to find the ones I need to review or respond to. Ideally, I’d love to see: A dedicated “Inbox” view for comments that require my attention Clear filters for “unread,” “assigned to me,” or “mentions” The ability to archive, mark as read, or triage comments just like emails or Asana tasks This would significantly streamline my workflow and help ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. Add support to add QBO practice books to Keeper without paying for them as a client.

I would love for Keeper to offer a mapped network drive (similar to TaxDome’s Z: Drive, which I heavily rely upon) that integrates directly with our file explorer (Windows) or finder (Mac). This feature would allow us to: 1) Easily access client folders and files directly through Windows file explore or Mac finder 2)Drag and drop, move, copy, and update files and folders seamlessly without needing to go through the Keeper web interface 3) Improve workflow efficiency by letting team members work with files like they would on a local or shared drive 4) Allow for a more streamlined and automated backup process Bonus: For those of us who want to migrate from TaxDome, allow us to keep our existing folder structure and simply copy over our client's data Having a mapped drive makes document management feel native and smooth, especially when handling large batches of client documents. On the Client Uploads page, it would be super handy to be able to rotate an image when viewing it. My client loads so many things upside down and to view them I have to download, reopen and then rotate it.

Optionally make use of AI to write the executive summary section in the financial reporting package for the client. I'm already using ChatGPT to do this each month, and I feel this could easily be built into Keeper itself.

We often work with third-party vendors who send us reports and data on behalf of our clients. It would be extremely helpful to have these communications linked to the relevant client profiles within the CRM for tracking and context. However, we do not want these vendors to have access to the client portal or any sensitive client information. The key requirement is to ensure there's zero risk that a team member could accidentally grant these vendors access to: Client communications (e.g., messages or questions) Financial information Uploaded files or documents Ideally, we'd like a way to associate or tag these vendor emails in the CRM in a limited, internal-only way—strictly for organizational purposes—without triggering any access permissions or visibility for the vendors themselves.

When setting a recurring due date (i.e. 25th of the month) there needs to be an option that excludes weekends. Using a certain number of "business days" is not an option because that would change depending on what day the month starts on. For example: I have a repeating task set for the 25th of the month but because the 25th fell on a Sunday this month, I should have taken care of this task on the 23rd and now it's late. Our old system (Jetpack) had an option to exclude weekends which bumped up the due date which was VERY helpful.

We’d love the ability to assign an estimated time for each task, visible next to the task description or assignee. This would be extremely helpful when assigning clients to new or junior team members or even a seasoned one, giving them a clear benchmark for how long each task should take. Ideally, we’d be able to build this into all of our templates and adjust the estimates during client onboarding as needed. The files in Keeper are really nice, but with clients that come in with pre-existing google drives with all their files, it would be nice to be able to connect a google drive directly to the files tab so it shows all the stuff in the drive folder directly in Keeper. I know you can put the drive link in the resource tab, but I'd like to be able to pull info from the Drive directly from Keeper.
