URL Links are AMAZING! They allow for quick and streamlined communication! and access! I have Clients that have "Many" unanswered questions due to their workload. They often answer most of their open questions at one time, once a month. "Most questions are not urgent. But, Once In a While, Something is IMPORTANT and I would love to be able to send a quick Transaction Question URL Link to them." This will help them to quickly go to their Keeper (Client Portal) and answer a specific question. This will cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth correspondence outside of the Keeper Portal. "I also keep detailed notes and would love to add URL Links to certain individual Transaction Questions for quick access instead of scrolling through tons of Answered and/or Unanswered Questions."
