Feature Requests

I would like to see better organization for the "Tasks" page that shows tasks across clients. Showing the color coding for the Tags would be helpful, but it would also be really helpful if we could create sections and could drag and drop tasks around. Also a one-click 'task complete' checkbox would be really nice (just like in the client list). My Account Manager and I want to use this section but it is really hard on the eyes as it is right now.

Mobile web version of the firm portal. I am not always at my computer, so if I wanted to check something or add something, I could then vs waiting until I got home.

It would be helpful to be able to add PDFs, .xlsx, and .csv files to comments. Especially when discussing the source of a transaction someone can upload the backup file directly to the comment to answer the question instead of having to comment text only and then email a file.

Similar to the current "how to" loom videos, only made for the CLIENT, not the bookkeeper. These could be included in the current Keeper YouTube channel so we can direct new clients there!

Allow for budgeting time by workstream for each client so admins can determine where more time was spent than budgeted by employees. For those areas over budget allow for a comment section for admin and employees

Adding the ability to Notify Client when responding/questioning their response to a transaction question instead of emailing the client with the email template called 'We responded Email'

We would like it if when you open a client to do a month end close if the default would open to the oldest open month instead of the most recent.

I sometimes am scrolling down to work on tasks n it would be easier to see more than just the checkbox if the completed tasks were a darker color.

Not recurring tasks, just recurring emails. Ability to do this as an email blast to all clients or on the individual level as well would be great!

When preparing taxes, i don't want to set a due date for the "draft return" to be done until the client has completed their organizer. I don't want the task for "Review Return for Accuracy" to be done until the "Prepare Draft" has been complete. We need a way to make due dates dynamic so that we can properly manage tasks.
