Feature Requests

There are a ton of emails syncing through to keeper in the Email History tab, it would be great if there was an option to only filter emails for a certain time frame, or from a designated start date.

We sent out a document to multiple clients for their signature. The email we receive when the document is completed (signed) is very generic so there is no way to know which client it is for and the link doesn't take you to the client, only the client list. Could be include the customer name in the content of the email or a link to that particular client?

When you go to compose a new email in Keeper Emails you can use templates, but the same option is not available when you are responding to an email. Would love to see the template feature become available for responses as well!

Add a print/export option for emails in Keeper Email inboxes

I'd love to be able to select from pre-defined email signatures much like i can in outlook or gmail.

Some of our non-transaction recurring questions are long and include formatting, hyperlinks, instructions, etc. The reminder email removes all the spacing and formatting, making it difficult to read. It looks great in the Portal, just not great in the reminder email. It would be helpful if formatting could be preserved in the reminder email, especially for non-transaction questions.

This feature request is for the ability to do more bulk editing in Keeper Emails, like archiving or deleting mail. Right now, you need to switch back to Gmail or Outlook to do this.

In Gmail you can select multiple emails at once and take an action (archive/ file/ delete). Would love to be able to do do the same in Keeper. We get a fair number of standard notifications to our shared email and would love to be able to scan the list, pick those and hit archive. At this point, I have to open the email, wait for it to load, hit archive, wait for it to update (there's still a delay with the mail) and then navigate back to the inbox. When you're dealing with 60+ emails, that's a big deal.

Sometimes we need the email to be attached to a transaction for document purposes. We need the ability to print email so we can do this.

Would be helpful to connect to a shared inbox / shared email address to communicate with clients.
