We’d love the ability to create internal draft questions in the portal that are not yet visible to the client. Ideal Workflow: A bookkeeper drafts a question and it is assigned to the account manager for review. The account manager can edit, answer, or choose to publish it to the client's view Why this matters: Currently, to avoid premature client visibility, we turn off reminders for the client while we're actively working on the month-end. However, if the client logs into the portal, they may still see the incomplete or unapproved question. This feature would help us: Avoid asking unnecessary or duplicate questions (especially when the account manager already has the answer), Maintain more polished and accurate client communication, and Train new bookkeepers on how we communicate with clients
