Can we have a summary area to show how many questions are assigned to each contact? It could be helpful to see at a quick glance how many are unassigned, how many are assigned to each contact, and how many are still unanswered.

Adding a task function to Keeper that allows me to assign adn collaborate with clients on action items I am assigning to them would be a huge game changer and add remarkable value to this product for both bookkeeping and other accounting/advisory services.

My clients have consistently had challenges identifying emails from me sent through Keeper (I do not use the Inbox function), and it feels like it owuld make a lot more sense to have the "from" in an email be my main practice email (or even better a team member of my choosing). In addition, it adds a white label approach that feels very valuable.

Transactions and Non-Transactions questions. I would like them combined so I can see all questions asked of the client. Looking between the two is time consuming for me.

When a client asks a question through the portal, add the ability turn this into a task.

'[Contact] from [Client] asked you a question' notification emails show the 'Question' but not the subject line of the question, so there's additional context that we're missing at the email level.

I love the new interactive financials in the client view. But we need them to see the footnotes (the CYA items we comment on) when they view those reports. Please make it so they we/they can toggle on and off the Footnotes. I personally would prefer to have them turned on automatically for all clients so they see all the outstanding items we are referring to.

I would like to be able to edit multi-line transactions in the transaction questions section of the client questions. And be able to add lines there as well to save me from having to jump back and forth to QBO for each transaction. For example, many vendors have a product charge and a freight charge but I can't edit both.

In the client portal add a column for the person's position so we know who to tag on what. Right now we've appended to their last names but that's not a great solution.

It would be nice if we us the "notify client" option for Keeper to take the client directly to the answer of their question instead of to the general area. Clients have to sift through multiple answered questions to get to the one they are looking for.
