In a previous software, we had a way to assign e-mails to a client timeline, this way once it was tagged, anyone firmwide was able to review the e-mail from the Client timeline to know who/when information was sent vs waiting on something the client sent to someone else in the firm, often times the same information is used by multiple firm members for different reasons, so would be nice to have a way to assign at the Client level, or even a task level item that would help with traceability, for anyone who might step in to help with work items.
