Feature Requests

Currently only Client ID, Task Name, Due Date and Priority are available. | The ability to enter the following additional values when creating the task in Zapier would be much more useful and look far better in Keeper: [Description, Sub Tasks, Subtext, Assigned To, Sign off, Tag, Recurrence, and Attachment(support for retrieving via URL Values)]. Many of these fields and more already exist in the return response after creating the task in Zapier but are empty.

This is an app like zapier but more robust and customizable and cheaper

it would be great if we could add non-transaction questions to Keeper via Zapier.

A lot of property values returned by Keeper are not useful since they are internal ids (see attachment). Additionally, if we need to update property values, it is very difficult to know what to use for values without a list of all possible values for each property. The "Get Property Columns" event would be a good place to return the list of possible values/human-readable names; however, currently only the Name, Sort Order, and Type are returned (see attachment).

I would love to see a Zap that allows us to have documents a client sends automatically downloaded to their specific folder. Even more amazing would be to be able to get granular by question and direct it to a specific sub-folder.

It would be helpful to be able to apply organizers via Zapier, but it is asking for template ID's. Currently not supported, but would make the workflow much smoother. Would like to: Publish or Draft status the organizer Name the organizer We also need to be able to create tax only clients from Zapier (you can only do Bookkeeping clients for now)

Three things that would be awesome to have in the "Create Task in Keeper" action: Assign a User to the Task Add Attachment Add Task Description Choose Which Section You Want the Task to Be Added to Also, a new action that allowed you to update an existing task.

One thing I love about Quickbook's Zapier connection allows you to look up a client, and if they don't exist, create them. This makes it so that i can have one step in my zap that always returns the correct client value, and makes my life super easy. With Keeper's current zaps, there is not way to do a "look up client and if they exist, do this, if they don't exist, create them, then do this". So instead, i'd love to keeper to updates their "look up client zap" to have a "Create client if doesn't exist". See Quickbook's Zap options below for example.
