It's not always easy to find documents in the files when processed through Keeper Receipts. Could the vendor be read and the Transactions folder will create a folder by vendor?

It would be great if documents received in Keeper Receipts would be able to be forwarded on to a bill pay inbox like Ramp. Currently, you can only sync bills into QBO, but Ramp and some other bill pay systems do not have 2 way sync for bills, so there is no way to easily get this into the Bill Pay workflow if you are using Keeper Receipts as the main document inbox.

Dext has the ability to reject receipts that are duplicates. Is it possible to add this feature to Keeper as well? We've had sever instances where clients uploaded the same receipts multiple times.

Payment method is a required field, but is not an option when setting up Rules. Can it be added?

Once the receipt feature is live, the ability to link a Google Drive folder to a particular client's receipts would be amazing. Basically Keeper would "watch" the folder for new additions and then bring those newly added files into Keeper.

So if there are relevant details in the email body, those can be synced over to the bill as well

Since receipts feature scans the file, can you use that feature to also suggest what the file could be renamed as? Also, have that as a more easily accessible option when you are in files or in the uploads inbox.

I'd really like the receipt file name to change to the vendor's name or include the vendor's name. Right now all receipts default to IMG followed by numbers. There's no way to sort them. This is especially important for my restaurant client who needs to have quick access to all liquor purchases in case of an audit. She is keeping the paper copies, but it would be great to have them already saved digitally. Dext and Hubdoc both do this.

Currently only the client that uploaded the receipt can view it in their portal under Files --> My Receipts. It would be helpful if other client contacts could also view the receipts to ensure that they have been uploaded and avoid duplicates

for alot of construction clients, its a huge need to be able to code both by category but also by item sometimes. It would be amazing if you could add in this functionality.
