Extract line items from bills and expenses in Receipts

I would like to be able to add a note to all uploads from a client. That way I can show a reason why the upload is still sitting whether I'm waiting for it to show on transactions or I can note that it's not showing so my boss can look over it.

Please make the tax field calculated when changing the tax code.

Our province, Nova Scotia, in Canada, recently (April 1, 2025) changed the HST rate to 14% but Receipts still chooses the old rate of 15% when extracting the tax. It also picks GST 5% when the code on a supplier invoice says GST/HST 14%. The tax unfortunately does not automatically calculate

for alot of construction clients, its a huge need to be able to code both by category but also by item sometimes. It would be amazing if you could add in this functionality.

Our client has receipts that often need to be split out for different types of COGS. It would be cool if the Ai scan broke the receipt out by line item so I could just click the ones that apply to one COGS account and click the ones that apply to another COGS account and it automatically calculate the allocations.
