Rather than using a 'real' mailbox, connecting to a Microsoft O365 Shared mailbox would be helpful - that way members of a team that access the shared mailbox and see messages coming in as oppose to just one person.

Yes please make it so we can use an email alias as our firm email! If I could use an alias I would have one that was clients@ just for my clients to use so only client information is coming into Keeper so I'm not distracted by the other emails and my team can't see my other emails.
