Add date and time details of each QA in client portal.

I have a large client that I could see me saying goodbye to in the coming months as i urge them to bring on a full time person in house. I would like to be able to part amicably, and part of that would be including a list of all the tasks we do for them. If we could export the task list to excel, it would help us in those instances where we offboard a client.

I send questions to the office manager, but often they need to be assigned to the owner. I want HER to be able to reassign client transactions to the owner. As it is now, she tells us it is an owner question, and then we have to change it in Keeper.

The "Files" view for clients gets very visually overwhelming quickly as time goes on because each folder is expanded and so the file list gets long. It would be great if the main folder headers (ie Account Reconciliation) are collapsed by default and client can click it if they which to view those files. I would also love reorganized the folder order so the Other Reports will be at the top.

Make it easier to move tasks from one section to another. Drag and drop option, 3-dot menu option to move to another section, etc.

If a PDF contains multiple bills or expenses, allow users to break this PDF into multiple different items in Keeper Receipts so they can be posted as separate transactions.

I would like keeper to be able to send engagement letter to client for e-signature.

Please allow for HTML email signatures. Keeper is the one place that doesn't allow for HTML email signatures and this negatively affects consistency of form branding.

Would love to be able to edit line items during the receipt match process, so that we don't have to go back and find/make changes later. Thanks!
