When there are multiple people (clients) assigned on a file, it's really important to be able to have proof of who responded.
This is an example of pulling up the receipt in Keeper Receipts and selecting "View Responses". I don't know who answered the question.
It would also be good to know which internal team member posed the question(s)

I concur. I currently have a situation where an employee has left the client, meanwhile there are pending questions that include his comments. Two people are coming in as his replacement. So now I have three potential comment sources. To further complicate the history, the discussion thread for a single item is covering multiple days, and this is true for several transactions that are under review. Adding a time stamp along with user ID would be very beneficial.

Agreed! Having the Firm Name and Client First Name appear rather than "Q" and "A" would be incredibly helpful.....even for those clients who only have one contact.

when there are multiple assignees, is there a way to see which client user responded to the questions. Ex We ask John a a question and he doesn't know. So we then re-assign it to Sue. I want Johns response to show his name so we can follow the thread of who said what

I'm thinking about transaction questions within the portal. When a client with multiple contacts answers a question it would be great to know who wrote the answer. I have some contacts writing "I" or "me" in the answer and while I think I know who is answering the questions it would be great to know for sure.

Conner Schryver – do you mean in the emails that notify you about client responses?

Ben Stein: I think i can jump in here absent Connor's response. I have three people with the client who have access to the client portal. I don't have assignable questions turned on because the owner wants to see everything that goes on, but he doesn't respond.
When a question gets answered in the portal, we just see the response, but not which person on the clients end made the response. Especially if they say something like "Call me about this on Tuesday".... how do i know which of the three people in the client portal made the comment?
