We often talk to our clients before sending over onboarding or tax organizers, and there may be some questions we already know the answer to. By simply going in and pre-filling some of the questions, we give our clients the feel of a White Glover service, and they feel like they've been heard. Nothing hurts the client relationship like when we talk to them for 40 minutes, they sign on, and then our onboarding questions ask the same thing we already talked about.
