Keeper Receipts Beta Improvements

Added % rate labels to Canadian tax codes in pickers (e.g., GST 5% instead of just GST).
Fixed an issue preventing users from selecting a new date if the scanned date was invalid.
Expanded automatic suggestions to category, class, location, and description.

Other Improvements

Improved load times on the Task List.
Added back Client Feedback to Files 2.0 on files uploaded by the client and moved elsewhere.
Updated the move file component to make it easier to move files to Transactions, Vendors, Questions, and the Client Uploads Inbox.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug causing Metrics 2.0 line graphs that caused older Metrics to default to a $ sign symbol instead of a number.
Fixed a bug causing Metrics KPI Cards to show a negative trend instead of a positive trend when a number switched from less than 0 to greater than 0.
Fixed a bug that caused bill payments tied to old bills on the Prepare 1099s report not to show up in a vendor's YTD spend totals.
Fixed a bug causing rare instances of files failing to upload in the Client Portal.
Fixed a bug causing recurring non-closing tasks due on the 31st day of the month to repeat a day late following months with 30 days.

Fixed a bug causing custom tasks not to collapse when all subtasks are marked complete.
Fixed a bug causing Keeper to hang when switching Client List views for some larger firms.
Fixed a bug causing edits to an email to revert when removing a contact from the "to" field.

Fixed a graphical issue causing file and folder icons not to be vertically aligned in custom files.
