Receipts Improvements

Added the ability to move files from Receipts to anywhere (e.g., to archive them by moving them to a custom folder).
The Actions column is now pinned to the right on the Receipts table.
Added an indicator on the Receipt Viewer to show if there are notes.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug that prevented users from creating Metrics P&Ls filtered by Customer.
Fixed a bug that prevented users from seeing the email a receipt was sent from.
Fixed a bug preventing users from scrolling horizontally on the Client List.
Fixed a bug preventing users from scrolling long non-transaction questions.
Fixed a bug preventing standard users from adding tasks when task lock is enabled.
Fixed a bug preventing the "Go to" button on comments from working for some comments.
Fixed a bug preventing some firms from changing their branding colors.
Fixed a bug that hid tracking categories for Xero clients in the Transaction Questions report.
