Add Tasks from the Client List

You can now add non-closing tasks to clients directly from the Client List!

Fixes and Improvements

Fixed a bug causing that prevented the Expenses without Customers report from working properly in some Canadian files.
Fixed a bug causing due dates to show up in the wrong month on the Daily Digest email.
Fixed a bug causing the file upload button not to appear in its proper color in Preview Mode.
Fixed a bug preventing filtering on the Ask Vendor column of the Prepare 1099s Report.
Fixed a bug causing Checklist Items in Templates to overwrite existing checklists on tasks.
Updated the style of the Non-Closing Tasks Section in Templates to match the the close.
