Overhauled in-app commenting

In-app comments just got a huge new update, with lots of new functionality, including:

Updated inbox
: the 7 different tabs have been replaced with a single, searchable feed. Comments related to objects (transactions, tasks, etc.) now have an updated Card-style UI with more information in them.
Comments as mini-tasks
: Comments no longer archive on read, so they'll stay in your inbox as long as you're working on them. Now you can treat them like your own light-weight TODO list for one-offs. You can also now @-tag yourself as a result.
Enriched Client Feeds
: All comments about tasks, transactions, or questions that relate to a client are visible within the client's main chat feed so you can see all activity about a client in one place.
Comments can now be added to Non-transaction Questions and Questions from your Client.
Comments can now be copied.

Fixes and Improvements

Fixed a cookies issue preventing authentication for a small percentage of one-click link Client Portals.
Pictures can be copy and pasted into email templates (e.g., for signatures).
Users can now change their email addresses.
