Multiple Non-Closing Sections + Hiding Sections
Firms can now create multiple non-closing task sections. This should make it
easier to separate your non-closing work into different logical groups.
For example, you can now create a custom section for Payroll and put your payroll tasks in it. Or you can create an Onboarding section and put your onboarding tasks in it.
For sections with one-time work, like onboarding, you can also
hide the section
when you're finished.
And each section also shows up as its own column on the client list, which can be very helpful for creating custom views (e.g., for a client onboarding view):
Receipts Improvements
  • Users can now see their remaining credits per client.
  • Improved date recognition logic.
Other Improvements
  • Dropdown-type Client Properties can now have colors.
  • Users can now bulk move, download, or delete files in the Client Uploads Inbox.
  • If users uncheck the "1099 Needed" box on a vendor in QuickBooks, that box will be unchecked in Keeper as well.
  • Made PDFs zoomed to fit-to-width in the mobile Client Portal.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug causing the Client List to sometimes load without task counts on the task columns.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from shift-clicking to bulk select files in the auto organized folders.
  • Fixed a bug that caused some vendors in some reports for Xero files to be hidden in the column filters.
  • Fixed a bug causing the YTD total for some vendors in Xero files to calculate incorrectly.
  • Fixed a bug that caused renamed files to revert to their original name when moved from auto organized folders to custom folders.
  • Fixed a bug preventing users from saving new Branches.
  • Fixed a bug causing numbered lists in Client Details on the close page to show up incorrectly.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented some users from receiving notifications when their client uploaded a file.
  • Fixed a bug preventing new practices from adding client property values on the Client List.
