Keeper Emails In Private Alpha
We're excited to announce that Keeper Emails is now in private alpha! Keeper Emails is designed to be an intuitive, familiar email client you can use to read and respond to emails, compose new emails, and manage your inbox all without needing to leave the app.
To make sure client emails and requests don't get missed, Keeper Emails also lets you collaborate with your team by creating and linking tasks to emails, and commenting on emails to give your team extra context.

Tax Suite Improvements
  • When adding a new tax client, users can now copy workflows from an existing client and apply them to the new client.
Other Improvements
  • Updated report titles for P&Ls with class or location filters to describe which filters are applied.
  • Users can now resize column widths for non-transaction and inbound client questions.
  • Renamed non-closing tasks to Custom tasks to reflect that these task types can be used in conjunction with both monthly closes and tax projects.
  • Updated client access user selections to make the "Save" button more visible.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where the tax return area in templates was not hidden for firms without tax returns enabled.
  • Fixed a bug where checklist subtasks with more than two lines did not render properly.
  • Fixed a bug where non-transaction questions appeared in a different order when viewed in the mobile app.
  • Fixed a bug causing a rendering issue that made questions unreadable, with dates spilling over into the question.
  • Fixed a bug where the Client Feedback sorting arrows were incorrectly set to alphabetical instead of last response date.
  • Fixed a bug where long subjects in inbound questions were unreadable.
  • Fixed a bug where classes could not be selected on transactions for a specific client.
  • Fixed a bug where users received an error about required fields, even though all fields were entered.
  • Fixed a bug where receipt matching did not work for Canadian clients.
  • Fixed a bug where a “Something went wrong” page appeared when clicking on tasks.
  • Fixed a bug where the Prepare 1099s report was missing from clients, and the task template did not apply the Prepare 1099s report.
  • Fixed a bug where users were unable to log into Keeper after removing Keeper’s access to Gmail (inbox) via Google settings.
