Close Statuses
- Close Statuses are a way to add a status to each client's close beyond just where are the tasks.
- One good use of Close Statuses is as part of your handoff – so QC managers can keep a filtered list of which closes are Ready for Manager Review.
Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed an issue causing deliverability issues on some reminder emails.
- Fixed an issue causing issues when connecting Practice Emails.
- Fixed a bug preventing multiple contacts from being added without refreshing.
- Added support for multiple lines on Sticky Notes in the Client Portal.
