Receipts Improvements

Added a Posted Transactions Table to allow users to see files they have posted to transactions from Keeper Receipts.

Added the ability to rotate images.
Added the ability to type in dates in MM/DD/YYYY format (or for Canadians, DD/MM/YYYY).
Users can now do arithmetic in the cells in Receipts (e.g., 250/2 will resolve to 125).
It's now easier to tab through the fields you need to fill out in a transaction.
Keeper now shows check numbers in matched transactions.
Users can now select two or more files to merge them together into a single transaction.
Keeper now captures bill due dates.
Added the ability to add an email address when creating a new vendor.
Added the ability to post bills and expenses with negative line item amounts.

Fixed a bug preventing some accounts from being linked in Intercompany Balances.
Fixed a bug that hid some error messages in Keeper Receipts.
Fixed a bug causing the percentage not to round to a whole number on some Metrics KPI Cards.
Fixed a bug causing deleted tags to reappear in non-transaction questions.
