Receipts Improvements
  • Files are now flagged as potential duplicates in Keeper Receipts when there’s a match on vendor and item number.
Other Improvements
  • Multiuser sign-offs are now available on custom tasks!
  • Metrics visualizations now have customizable date ranges including calendar YTD, fiscal YTD, last 12 months and 1 month.
  • Emails sent from the shared practice inbox now show the sender’s full name next to the practice name in the From line (internal visibility only - this is not visible to clients).
  • Removed timestamps from clients’ view of question threads; only the date is now shown.
  • Standard users can now view the Employees section of Capacity Planning, limited to their own timers (enabled in Practice settings -> Time tracking).
  • Added the ability to select and upload multiple files to a new non-transaction question.
  • Tasks assigned to deleted users now display the user with a greyed-out circle, and firms can filter by deleted users in the task assignee column.
