Time Budgets & Capacity Planning
You can now set monthly time budgets by client and employee, then run reports to quickly answer questions like:
  • Does this employee have the capacity to take on a new client?
  • Which clients are consistently coming in over budget?
  • Which workstreams are causing hours spikes in certain months?
The new reports are designed to help eliminate the manual analysis required to make informed decisions for your practice. Check out the short video below for more details!
Other Improvements
  • Users now have a new option for two factor authentication - in addition to authenticating by text message you can now use your favorite authenticator app.
  • We made the Client column width adjustable in Time Tracking so long client names won't get cut off.

  • Fixed a bug causing inaccurate totals for some users' time tracking reports.
  • Fixed a bug preventing some users from expanding the Final Review P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Fixed a bug causing an error when some users added a new client portal contact.
