Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

This week, we focused on fixing bugs in Keeper and making features more accessible and easier to use.

Receipts Improvements

Added bulk actions (delete, move, and download) to files scanned into the Transaction files table.

Other Improvements

You can now add tax clients to Keeper automatically via Zapier.
Tax workflow templates can now be posted and shared via Community Templates.
Searching by contact name is now available in the Uploads Inbox.
Updated disclaimer & footnote text formatting on management reports to support longer content.
E-signature requests are now hidden from the client if they fail their KBA verification 3 times. Firms are notified so they can reissue the request if needed.
Removing a sign-off from a task now reverts the status to In Progress.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where recurring tasks with sign-off did not display the correct due date status after being marked as Completed.
Fixed a bug where admins could not see Super Admin timers for clients they had access to when branches were enabled.
Fixed a bug where filtering for open or all returns on the client list triggered an error.
Fixed a bug where the portal preview in branding settings never loaded.
Fixed a bug where account numbers were not showing on the Budget vs. Actuals report.
Fixed a bug where logging into the Chrome extension displayed a false “already logged in” message.
Improved error handling for failed /client-portal-settings requests: now logs out the contact and clears local storage if the contact is not found.
Fixed a bug where using “move to here” within the same folder changed the folder name by prepending ‘copy1’.
Fixed a bug contributing to an increased frequency of QBO refresh modal appearances.
Fixed a bug where the status column was incorrectly visible in the final review drilldown table.
Fixed a bug where saving a draft message from the personal inbox resulted in an error.
Fixed a bug where the success message was missing after moving a file.
Fixed a bug where searching files in the portal did not return results.
