Project Templates Improvements

You can now duplicate Project Templates.
You can now bulk apply Project Templates to multiple clients at once.
Recurring tasks in project templates will now automatically update (e.g., for recurring tasks like payroll).

Fixes and Improvements

Updated sort order of completed, non-closing tasks to reverse chronological.
Added the due date of non-closing tasks to the files table.
Added a warning when financials are published but no contacts have Financial Access.
Added expiry language to the Magic Link / Login to Portal emails.
Fixed a bug affecting the creation of some Intercompany Transfers Journal Entries.
