Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
This week, we focused on fixing bugs in Keeper and making features more accessible and easier to use.
Other Improvements
  • Managers now have access to view and copy Community Templates to their firms.
  • Updated the client portal Logout button design to help prevent accidental logouts.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug where bullet point lists in email templates were sent as numbered lists.
  • Fixed a bug where the link in W9 Request emails was not clickable.
  • Fixed a bug where the vendor request email was sent without the CNAME being set up.
  • Fixed a bug where contacts did not receive the reset password link.
  • Fixed a bug where the client property on the Client List page did not sort alphabetically or by sort order.
  • Fixed a bug where the 1099 Report loading state didn’t work on the initial load.
  • Fixed a bug where not all client properties were rendering for admin users in Practice Settings.
  • Fixed a bug where “action required” displayed even if the field was empty.
  • Fixed a bug where receipts showed as a blank PDF, though details appeared in the Notes section.
  • Fixed a bug where files did not render for users and clients after refreshing the window.
  • Fixed a bug where it showed 1 transaction question when there were none.
  • Fixed a bug where a client response appeared to be pending, but the transaction question did not show up.
  • Fixed a bug where text in transaction questions did not render correctly when there was limited space.
  • Fixed a bug where moving a file to a related client triggered a ‘Receipt capture subscription not found’ error.
  • Fixed a bug where users could not access the New Client Onboarding default email template.
  • Fixed a bug where recent merges prevented users from reviewing or deleting duplicate email templates.
  • Fixed a bug where custom folders were missing.
