Assign Multiple Client Contacts to Questions
You can now assign questions to multiple client contacts at once, making it easier to collaborate and get answers from the right people. Whether you're asking about transactions, receipts, or sending statement and document requests, simply select all the relevant contacts who should see and respond to each question.
Clients can also reassign questions among their team members directly from the portal, cutting down on back and forth and speeding up response times.
Note: This feature requires assignable questions to be enabled for the client.

  • Added the option to bulk select vendors and ask clients for W9s or vendor emails from the Prepare 1099s and Custom 1099s reports.
  • Updated the Customer/Projects column in transaction tables to allow for clearing or adding new customers.

  • Fixed a bug where standard users were unable to add a task from an email.

  • Fixed a bug where matching bills triggered a “payment amount must match linked bills” error even when totals aligned.
  • Fixed a bug where Amex accounts could not be connected to bank feeds.
  • Fixed a bug where adding a vendor to a match in bank feeds failed to complete.
  • Fixed a bug where posting receipts to QBO did not upload the attachment to the transaction for some users.
