New Quick Add Menu for Faster Navigation
We've introduced a handy new Quick Add button at the top of the Close page to give you instant access to your most common client-related tools and transactions. Just click "Add" to reveal a curated set of actions:
- Quickly log an internal task, upload a file, or jot down a client note.
- Rapidly record any type of transactions like journal entries, expenses, bills, or invoices in Quickbooks.
Watch for additional Quick Add options as we further streamline Keeper's navigation and usability.
Note: Quick add transactions are currently only available for posting to Quickbooks.
Accruals Updates
- Made improvements and added details to prepaids and fixed assets schedules for simpler month-end tie-outs.
Other Improvements
- Added a "status changed date" for month-end closes and tax projects to help teams understand how long they have been in a given stage like "Waiting on client" or "In progress." This date is now also available in Firm Analytics.
- You can now update the templated dollar threshold in the Transactions > $X report template for easier application to client close tasks.
- You can now pull your client's numeric Keeper ID as an identifier in the client list dashboard.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where email signatures displayed images as both attachments and icons.
- Fixed a bug where the paperclip attachment icon was not visible for standard users.
- Fixed a bug where dropdowns in the receipts and quick add menu were too narrow to use effectively.
- Fixed a bug where the ending balance was incorrect for one-month accruals.
- Fixed a bug where receipt scans and bulk deletes were timing out.
- Fixed a bug preventing a contact from creating a “Question for Us” in the Client Portal.
- Fixed a bug where a toast error notification was incorrectly displayed after creating a rule.
- Fixed a bug where exclusions in the Expense Inconsistency report were not working as expected for Xero clients.
