Now, when you complete the first task in a close, its Status will automatically move from
Not Started
to
In Progress
.
Fixes and Improvements
  • Major Improvements to Task Lock. Now when task lock is enabled, Standard Users can no longer edit any task details (name, description, subtasks, etc.). They can still create tasks, and they can delete any tasks that they create before refreshing the page, cutting down on the number of accidental task adds.
  • If you move a file that the a client uploaded to the Client Uploads Inbox, Keeper will now preserve the original description your client gave.

  • Fast File Load improvements.
  • Fixed a bug that hid in-app chat on non-transaction and inbound questions.
  • Fixed a bug that caused issues when adding a non-QBO client with a template that included preparer/reviewer roles.
  • Added more explainer text to clarify that Client Properties are not visible to clients.
