Make smarter decisions, faster.
We’ve launched a brand new Analytics tab in Keeper - giving firm leaders the visibility they need to manage growing teams and client bases with confidence. Built on a powerful pivot table engine, this new surface lets you:
🔍 Analyze on-time close rates by role
🚦 Spot bottlenecks across clients and teams
🧠 Build and save custom pivot views using live Keeper data
📈 Apply heatmaps, filters, and aggregation settings to uncover trends at a glance
The first set of pre-built reports are live now - including YTD and all-time close performance by preparer/reviewer/manager, and your latest close's status. We'll be rolling this out over the next 2 weeks - you'll see the Analytics tab from your client list dashboard when it's live for your practice! Check out our help article for more info.
Other Improvements
  • Added a percent complete tracker to organizers so you can see at-a-glance how far along your clients are with their information and clients can track their progress. Viewable for clients on the web and mobile app.
  • Clients can now turn a file upload into a question for your firm.
  • Changes to client details are now tracked in the activity log.
  • Client notes now open by default in the Client Info section of the close page.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed an issue where the Practice Email was not appearing in Settings after connecting.
  • Fixed a bug where file uploads on inbound questions caused duplicate “Question:” lines in the notification email.
  • Fixed a bug preventing users from sending emails when accessed from a close task.
  • Fixed a bug where non-transaction question assignees did not display in the Chrome extension when assignable questions were enabled.
  • Fixed a bug where metrics visuals were not visible.
  • Fixed a bug where COGS values were showing up inverted in P&L drilldowns.
  • Fixed a bug where metrics for cost of goods sold were broken.
  • Fixed a bug where adding organizers during client creation did not work.
  • Fixed a bug preventing client logins to the portal.
  • Fixed a bug where the bank feed connection failed and accounts showed as blank or never loaded.
  • Fixed a bug where credit card accounts were not tied to any account and couldn’t be re-added due to duplicate state.
  • Fixed a bug where the client logo in published reports was displaying incorrectly as ‘client logo’ instead of the actual image.
  • Fixed a bug where financial reports failed to load on the mobile app.
  • Fixed a bug preventing finalization of the practice phone number selection.
  • Fixed a bug where the organizer download excluded client responses.
  • Fixed a bug where file uploads triggered a “failed to move item to transactions” error (QBO).
  • Fixed a bug causing URLs in task descriptions to no longer render as clickable links.
