Would it be possible to have a document that rolls forward with the task? Items such as PDF amortization schedules that we have to continuously look at monthly to make sure they agree.

Yes, allowing only "permanent" documents to roll forward, while allowing individual months documents to stay assigned only to that month

I would love this feature, if there is the option to roll forward or not. I have recurring tasks that require new documents uploaded each month, so I wouldn’t want every single document to automatically roll over
