I also would like the ability to add email templates to the vendor emails section. We have a "new vendor onboarding" process that we want to implement, and it would be so helpful to be able to send this onboarding notification through Keeper.

A year later and this is still a huge pain point for me. Not all vendors are being newly onboarded and the current W-9 request template template doesn't fit every situation. Using copy/paste to add different text before emailing the vendor sets the keeper user up for accidentally sending the wrong link to the vendor.

In 2023, I had 3 types of W-9 requests I needed to send for one client and new vendor onboarding was the least used of the three.

Please give us more flexibility with vendor W-9 request templates. It would save so much time.

Yes! I would love to add custom templates to email vendors. Being able to receive their weekly time in Keeper would be incredible!

So would being able to schedule emails reminding vendors to submit a new W-9 forms by the end of December if anything changes during the year.

Yes! I'd love to be able to add new templates to the Vendor emails tab. It doesn't seem to be possible right now, but it'd be helpful. For example, I'd like to send a series of three W9 Request emails, if needed, to vendors. Initial W9 request. Second (reminder) request. Third (final) request. Each with their own verbiage and increasing in firmness and urgency of tone.
