Add "Edit Included List" on Expenses & Bills Without Attachments task

I use the "Edit Included List" on the Expenses Without Customers for all my clients, and I would LOVE this option on the Expenses & Bills Without Attachments task as well. I mostly require receipts for COGS purchases and not every other expense category, so excluding all the other accounts every time I get a new client or a new account is added to the COA is a pain and takes forever.
