Assign multiple contacts to a question

Some client portal questions can be answered by multiple contacts (ex. multiple owners or office manager). It would be nice to be able to assign a question to multiple people. Once one of them responds, then everyone the question was assigned to would be able to see what was responded and by who.

I think one of the deterents from them adding this has been "if something is 'Assigned' to multiple people, it never gets done cause they assume someone else could do it. WHAT IF, we had who it's "Assigned" to, but could also add "Viewers" or "Commentors" or whatever you want to call it that can also be present on the conversation/question....

We really need this. Here's a screen shot of what a client showed me they have in another accounting portal they use with a different firm. Sometimes the owner wants to have a conversation about accounting stuff with the GM and Head of F&B and my team. They have to do that through email since we can't do it in keeper.
We really need this improved.

I would love something like this! I have a client who wants me to assign questions to two different office staff, and I'm not sure the best way to handle it for now, lol. I'm sure we can figure out a workaround for now, but it would be a great feature to have!

Is this under review? How can we get this under review? It was last marked "Discussing with author" back in Feb 2023.

Absolutely crucial! I have contacts I haven’t added to the portal yet because I have no way to assign questions to only 2 out of 3 contacts. And yes, crucial to know who responded. Otherwise communication gets muddled.

YESS!!! And we need to be able to see WHO responded. For example, I have a client whose assistant answers most of the questions. The client wants to be able to see all the questions so we do not have "assignable questions" turned on. If the client answers saying "I don't have this information" I can't tell who said it and their other contact can no longer see the question b/c it has been "answered". Then I have to go back and respond with something to change the status back to "waiting on client" so that the other contact can see it. Its INCREDIBLY confusing for clients with multiple contacts.
Another example with a client who I do have assignable questions.... I choose to assign it to the manager, but they might tell me to then ask another contact. So then I reassign the question and ask it again in order the change the status. Then it is unclear about who provided which answer.

Yes, this would expedite answers and keeps the "office manager" accountable for answering quickly :)

YES!! Certainly options for future developments / refinement, but this would absolutely solve the pressing need.
