There is the comments section for users to communicate with each other for each question. At times though, it is difficult to see who is handling a question, or a lower-level user will accidentally mark a question asked by an upper-level user as resolved when it shouldn't be.

As such, we would like the ability to assign users to transaction and non-transaction questions similar to tasks.
