I'd like to be able to batch asking the client the same question in QBO instead of asking in each individual transaction.

Yes! For example, if a client has several transactions for a vendor, we can just ask if all of the transactions go to a certain account, or if some are different. Or if several transactions on the same day but for different vendors all appear to be for a specific event, etc... Grouping would be great!
