if you enable the setting "automatically sync uploaded transaction files to QuickBooks Online & Xero" it will do this!

I came here to suggest this. Just as we can select multiple questions and "Bulk add client responses" to the transaction description, we should be able to select multiple questions and "Bulk add keeper files to transaction".
