Client communication that is not a question

I send confirmations for monthly/quarterly sales tax filing/payment to clients by uploading in the client communication section. I select non-transaction question, tell them what I am sending and upload the document. Another example is when I send payroll reports and paystub report. It notifies the client there is a question, which confuses them every time. It would be nice to have an option that does not have "question" attached.

Ben Stein!!!!! All this time I never saw that. Will you consider putting that paper clip attachment in the toolbar with all the other quick access commands? That's where most people look for the attachment icon. The reason why I never saw it is because our email template is long enough that the send button & attachment icon is not visible when you view the email template. We have to scroll down to see the send button & attachment icon.
