Client Portal Tabs - Ability to turn on and off

I need to have the ability to turn on and off the tabs in the client portal, per client. For example, for one client I only need them to use the portal for answering transaction questions. Another client I only need then to use the Non-Transaction Questions section. I cannot have some of my clients on the Keeper portal because this functionality does not exist yet. Please roll this out!
Also, can we please rename the tab called Non-Transaction Questions to General Questions?
