It would be awesome if clients could respond to transaction and non-transaction questions via text and they would update in Keeper. Some clients have a hard time getting to the computer to respond to questions. If they could respond on the go via text, I think they would get me answers sooner.

The client email history is awesome but many of my clients prefer texting and currently there is no way to track those client updates as a history or assign tasks based on updates. A historical text chain would be just as help as email

Nice! Hadn't thought of this but I love the idea. The more the client experience is improved, the more buy-in/cooperation we get from our clients. That said, my clients love the portal. :)
