Customizing auto-messaging days to be sent to clients.

We need the ability to better customize when text and email messages are sent out to clients. It needs to be customizable. Now the only choices are weekly and monthly. i.e.: We have payroll clients that pay weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. We want to send auto notices about a recurring question that is in their portal to remind them to upload their hours for payroll. We don't want the clients that pay bi-weekly feel we are harassing or over reminding them for this if we send them a reminder every week when they don't need it.
This would apply to many other recurring situations that we need an auto reminder sent.

And be able to customize which message goes with the reminder rather than a general “you have questions on the portal” email.

As a workaround for the payroll requests, we have been setting up multiple monthly requests for the necessary points in the month. Definitely not ideal, but it has patched this issue for us until they make the fix.
