Email history should be based on the specific CLIENT's activity, not based on who is listed as a contact for that client. If I send a reminder to a business owner for a client where I am listed as a contact in their file, I do not want that client's email history to ALSO show other client activity with shared contacts (which is myself and my team because we are listed as contacts on all clients). This makes the email history look incredibly messy to review prior activity and messaging.
