This is 2-fold -
  1. I would like to be able to sort other emails from people that are not in the contacts page of the email. So that it would show up under the client communication. The advantages of this would be --- We could email notes about the client to the firm inbox and it would be in the communication history under that account or copy and paste slack/text messages to here so it would act more like karbon communication history.
  2. The ability to add notes to the email history just in case the communication was not email. You can just to the client and drop the notes.
