While working on a close, as I am working my way down, if I need to go back to add a non-transaction question, I need to scroll all the way back up.

It would be nice if the top of the screen remained stationary - the part that has questions, client uploads, and vendor request. So that I don't lose my place while working down the close if I need to go in and add a non-transaction question or look at a vendor request.
